Ching Szuen

…but this time on infinitely better circumstances! this is the 4th time i’m here for the past half a year and this has developed into somewhat of an escape city for me to try rid of my dilemmas and difficulties. this time, i’m here purely for visiting reasons and also meeting up with ppl which is just great for a change. the plan while i’m here is to go to hampden court palace tomorrow(sunday), do a little shopping on monday, meet up with friends on tuesday, go to bristol/bath on wednesday, then off to manchester on thursday, culminating with a flight home to kl on friday.

i know it seems a bit of an oxymoron statement for me to be saying this but i’m already starting to miss uk a little bit. i’ve always complained about how i didn’t like it here but i guess the great past week i’ve had here makes me wish certain days could last forever more. flashing back to the 3 years i’ve had here brings back so many incredibly fond memories as much as the nightmares have haunted me. either way, i am going to miss the lifestyle, the experiences and most of all the people. i will miss doing grocery shopping(somehow when doing this i will just think of aileen with junkfoods and grapes), playing ps2 all day(beaver is ghey), playing football in the unforgiving cold(it’s fun to run around in a place where the ‘aircon’ is switched to its maximum), having meals at various restaurants(taiwu, popolinos, east and taipan to name a few), chilling, chatting and drinking(beaver is a ghey pervert), having movie marathons(no, i refuse to pay for the 2nd/3rd movies in the cinema! hahaha), working at Old Trafford(U-N-I-T-E-D, UNITED are the team for me!), cooking and eating with friends(i only do the eating), and lastly but definitely not least…going to the casino(i’m not addicted, honest!)!!

ahhh…the lifestyle of a uni student. much to be delighted with….ish. hehe anyway..i’m coming to the end of this chapter of my life and i’m glad to be opening a new one soon. shame the new chapter will involve less time in the casino though..*ahem*…i mean…ermmm…well…you know…*ahem*… =) so i guess i’ll be seeing most of you ppl a lot more than i would have had had i gotten a job here. so you guys wanna help me get a job or sumat?
